Our Story
A market that feels like home — because it is.
PK's Bayou Market opened its doors on Highway 18 with a simple belief: that a good grocery store shouldn't just sell food, it should make food feel like something worth coming back for.
We started as a small corner operation, serving the same neighbors generation after generation. Over time, the line between our bakery and our market became impossible to draw — you can't separate the sourdough from the seasonal peaches, or the coffee from the conversation at the counter.
Today we're still that same market. Still baking early. Still stocking the shelves with what our community actually wants. The difference is that now more people along MS-18 know to stop in before heading home.
